Lexington, KY

Located in the heart of the Bluegrass Region, Lexington is the second largest city in Kentucky. In addition to being the "horse capital of the world," Lexington has opened its arms to refugees from around the world seeking political asylum and spiritual rest. Recent research indicates that Lexington is the third largest resettlement site for Congolese people in the United States. This provides a unique mission experience right in our own backyard.

Noise Talks partners with several ministries in the city including a local refugee ministry whose mission is to support youth development through city-wide outreach and discipleship programs. A week serving in Lexington is filled with one-on-one relational ministry, children’s ministry, home rebuilding, serving the homeless, and daily outreach opportunities.

Take part of your spring break to make a difference. Spring break mini trips are shorter in order to allow your students to make a difference, but also have time for their families and prepare for school.

We are offering Spring Break Mini trips every Sunday- Wednesday and Wednesday through Saturday in March and April 2015. Fill out a Registration Form to let us know which dates you prefer.
